Husband-wife real estate team sets out to help clients move on to the next chapter of their lives. Randy and Sherry Rase say their favorite place to share and create memorable experiences is in their Western Maryland home, with their two wonderful children, Alex and Alyson.

Randy is no stranger to this community! He is a Frostburg native, graduated from Beall High School and married his wife Sherry in 2003. With Randy’s background in supervision, he has a lot of experience communicating well with people. After 24 years in Maryland Public Service, he decided to make a career move to real estate where he would have better flexibility for his family while still serving clients in the community he loves!

Sherry is an ambitious, top-producing agent, that puts a strong emphasis on personal service. With an architectural background, she is no stranger to just how challenging the housing market can be. Her years as a designer have given her the innate ability to see a space for what it could be and help her clients picture the potential possibilities.

Randy and Sherry joined forces, and they have become a husband and wife real estate team, called “The HOME Team”. As a married couple, their clients aren’t just getting one passionate advocate, they’re getting two! This team is driven by their love for each other and their shared commitment to their clients. They can divide and conquer, and often negotiate better deals for their clients because they come as a package deal. “No-one will outwork us,” Randy reflects.
